1. Account Registration

2. Service Description

NapkinLands is an AI-powered landing page builder that allows users to create, edit, host, and manage websites. The Service includes:

• AI-powered website generation from text descriptions
• Website hosting on NapkinLands subdomains and custom domains
• A web-based code editor for direct file editing
• Analytics and visitor tracking
• Team collaboration with workspace management
• Custom domain connection with automatic SSL

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying feature limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of access to certain features or content

Free Trial

Paid plans may include a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to create, upload, or publish content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains phishing attempts or fraudulent schemes

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website content based on your descriptions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or biases
• You own the rights to AI-generated content created through your use of the Service
• AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

6. Hosting and Domains

Websites created through the Service are hosted on our infrastructure. Regarding hosting:

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may impose reasonable limits on bandwidth and storage
• Custom domains require DNS configuration pointing to our servers
• SSL certificates for custom domains are provided automatically at no additional cost
• We reserve the right to suspend hosting for websites that violate these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by NapkinLands and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapkinLands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NapkinLands, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your User Content after a reasonable grace period
• Any outstanding fees remain payable

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications to Terms
