Contest Rules & Privacy

The Napkin Challenge ("Contest") is open to any individual who is at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

The Contest is open worldwide. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees and immediate family members of Artificial Platforms Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Participants must have a valid NapkinLands account (free or paid) to enter.

The Contest begins on February 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM UTC and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC ("Entry Period").

Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

Winners will be announced by April 15, 2026.

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Sketch a landing page idea on a physical napkin (paper napkin, cocktail napkin, or similar). The sketch must be original and hand-drawn.
2. Build the same landing page on NapkinLands using any plan (including the free plan). Participants may use the coupon code NAPKINCHALLENGE for 50% off a paid plan.
3. Photograph the napkin sketch clearly, ensuring the drawing is legible.
4. Submit the entry through the official submission form at napkinlands.com/napkin-challenge, providing their name, email, NapkinLands website URL, description, and napkin photo.

No purchase is necessary to enter. A free NapkinLands account is sufficient.

Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by Artificial Platforms Inc. Judging criteria include:

• 25% Creativity — Originality and inventiveness of the napkin sketch and landing page concept.
• 25% Execution Quality — How well the final landing page is built, including design, content, and user experience.
• 25% Resemblance to Napkin Sketch — How closely the final page captures the vision from the original napkin drawing.
• 25% Page Performance — Technical quality including PageSpeed score, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO.

Judges' decisions are final and binding.

The following prizes will be awarded:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Prize plans will be applied as credits to the winner's NapkinLands account.

• One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
• Original work only. Entries must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarized or AI-generated napkin sketches are not permitted (the landing page itself may use NapkinLands' AI generation).
• Display rights. By entering, participants grant Artificial Platforms Inc. the right to display their napkin photo, landing page screenshot, name, and description on the NapkinLands website and marketing materials.
• Modification rights. Artificial Platforms Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any circumstance that compromises the integrity of the Contest.
• Liability. Artificial Platforms Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that prevent successful submission.

Entries may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:

• Offensive content — Landing pages or napkin sketches containing hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Plagiarism — Copying existing designs, using stock templates without significant modification, or submitting someone else's work.
• Manipulation — Attempting to game the judging process, creating fake accounts, or engaging in any deceptive practices.
• Violation of Terms — Breaching the NapkinLands Terms & Conditions.

What data we collect:

• Name and email address (required for entry and communication)
• NapkinLands website URL (to evaluate the entry)
• Napkin photo (to evaluate creativity and compare to the final page)
• Description text (to understand the concept behind the entry)
• Optional coupon code (for discount tracking)

How we use your data:

• To administer the Contest, evaluate entries, and contact winners
• To display winning and finalist entries on the NapkinLands website (name, napkin photo, page screenshot, and description only)
• To send Contest-related communications (winner announcements, status updates)
• We will not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent

GDPR Compliance:

• Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw your entry at any time by emailing hello@napkinlands.com.
• You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time.
• Data is stored securely and retained for the duration of the Contest plus 90 days, after which non-winner data is deleted.
• Winner data (name and display materials) may be retained for as long as the entry is featured on the website.
